Open door design policy

Trust is crucial when you're involved in creating change.  We respect the creativity and talents of all the stakeholders in the design process.  We have an open door design policy and utilize co-creation as a technique to harness the talents of all the stakeholders. Design is our tool to bring the strategy to life at the right time and place.  With our virtual model, we can flex our design bench to fit the need of any given work stream.   

Co-creative brainstorming space

We’ve developed a relationship with WeWork, an inspiring shared office space for creatives.  When it’s time to get together to co-create, we have the perfect space.  We just don’t have the expense of managing it and paying for it 24/7/365.  This helps us keep our fees down to half of what our competition charges. 

Win / Win fee structure

We are not the cheapest or the most expensive.  We are fair.  We’re lean and efficient and this is reflected in our fees.  You will never be charged $300/hour and if we can, we’ll put a less expensive resource on the job to save you money.  You will get a return on your investment with us because our work will positively impact your business.  It just won’t break your bank.  It’s a Win / win.
