Chris is a strategist and facilitator of design thinking, with a passion for customer experience and innovation. In her twenty-year career, she has worked with brands such as Ford, Hilton, Sherwin Williams, Kimberly Clark and Goodyear Tire, to uncover customer needs and design better experience. A travel and outdoor enthusiast, Chris never misses a chance to explore a new city, or take a hike into the mountains.  She appreciates any opportunity to hear what people are thinking, see what they are doing, and experience what they are creating.
